Rododuino Programming Help

[Equium Duo]

Hi,
With help from my friend (Pictures to follow cos they're awesome) We have an 80% completed $50 robot. However we have come to the stage where we need to program the robot. I dont have an ISP Bootloader and istead want to use the USB auto loader function. We managed to uplod the example program from the arduino software Successfully. However when it comes to uploading the Roboduino $50 photovore program we are completely inept and dont know how to go from the C program to a compiled 'sketch' and then upload?

We are getting the error:

58: error: SoR_Utils.h: No such file or directory In Function: 'Int main()';
 In Function 'Int main()';
