what is the difference between bayesian and bayesian nets and bayesian belief pr

I searched the forum on keyword "bayesian networks" and found nothing. I also found nothing for "bayesian belief propagation". The only threads were related to bayesian. Since I believe these 2 be all different techniques with a fundamental mathematical basis, I was wondering what is the difference exactly.
