Lassen GPS + 4 sensors - Axon - bluetooth?

Hi i'm new to this, it's starting to make sense but just want to check..

1 Use the Axon powered by 12v cigarrette lighter to ;
2 retrieve GPS data from a lassen IQ chip
3 retrieve data from 3 flow sensors (pulse i think) - http://www.icenta.co.uk/pdfs/2100_turbine_flow_sensor-ic.pdf
4 retrieve data from 1 on /off switch
5 send it via bluetooth to PDA (HP iPAQ 214)
6 Write VB script to colate the data, save it etc..

Basically i would like to know if u think its possible. And if so, suggestions on putting it together and any hardware i need, just to make sure i buy the right stuff.

Thoughts
I'm guessing i need to make a board with a Lassen mating header on, antenna connections and data out connections.
Is there a problem with power spikes if it is plugged in and u start the engine?
Played with VB a bit so that should be the easier side to this......
