I want to use lowpass filter to remove DC offset NEED help?

Hi everyone
     I try to use RC lowpass filter to filter High frequency AC.
And I also want to remove DC offset that come with AC without losing Peak to Peak voltage in AC.

I use 3000 Hz AC with 5 Volt DC offset, 8 Volt Peak to peak AC votage
Are there any calculations or something that I can follow?
