Hi guys, I would like your advise on this one. I would like to incorporate a Wireless Camera on my Robot and process the image using OpenCV. And once the images have been processed, wirelessly send the commands via Comm Port and XBEE (wireless RF module).
The thing is, I have just downloaded the OpenCV library and the Learning OpenCV book to learn it. I think that I might use Visual Studio but I'm not sure what language to use yet.
And also, I have not tried writing a program that can output data to the Serial Comm Ports of the PC that I can use to wirelessly communicate with my robot.
So here are the things that I would like to know.
1. Should I use Visual Studio C++ or C#?
2. Is there a tutorial for Serial Hardware Interfacing that you guys can direct me to?
3. If I instead use Roborealm for Vision Processing, how would it be possible to wirelessly serial send the command to the robot?
