I'm pretty sure this one comes with image processing toolbox:

What are you asking?

You asked for buying matlab and Smash directed you to the official site to buy it. To my knowledge Matlab is only sold through the Mathworks website or from some physical stores. Without knowing where you are its hard to direct you to a physical store.

If you're looking for a student copy, trying going through your local college or university. If they offer any EE courses then they will have a way to help you get the student copy.
