connect wheel & screw for lift up the electronic circuit

I buy this wheel for the 50 dollar robot and I want to connect this wheel to the robot
I will glad to receive ideas who to do it
also I want to know what kind of screw I need to buy for lift up the electronic circuit

drill 4 holes in you wheel and screw the cross horn of you servo.

What you are looking for is called standoffs.
