I have rascal scooter,want to make a robot out of it!

ok got hold of a rascal 3 wheel scooter,origanal plan is to turn it into a snow plow with a remote camera,as i have all the supllys to do so and plenty of rc exp any sugjestions?

The wheels on that will never be powerful enough to move a big amount of snow... Maybe you could get into the mini darpa challenge ;)
