Title: What materials would I need to make this type of robot?

I'm planning on building a robot that can dig/pan for gold in the river, I joined a robotics club a while a go

But I want to know the type of materials I need here's what it's suppose to do

-Controlled by my voice
-Uses a pan to pan for Gold
- Uses a Shovel to dig up the Gold
- Uses a phone for Camera
-Uses a tracking device so I can track it
-Uses a separate phone, for the voice control (or another Device that can be used for voice control)

It's Hand will be like a Human Hand with Five fingers and all
