The particular examples in the link below are of painfully slow ineffective robots. They also require tethering to a huge air compressor.

That said, it seems like a neat idea that - if done right - might have promise in some specific application.

Hopefully this gives someone ideas . . .

Lol. I'm sure something like this has been done more effectively in movies as props.

I'm also not sure it's a great idea to have such a seemingly light robot near the ocean because of high winds.

Oooh, this made me instantly think of those helium filled "penguins" from maybe... 2 years ago? Slow, yes, even these were, but somewhat graceful.

Not the same approach as the top links, but inflatable, non-the-less.

Hopefully this helps spark a few more ideas and options :D
