Hi folks, just up late pondering the infinite possibilities of this new hobby and had an idea for an ambitious project (that has already been done, but not with the axon that I know of).
There is a great tutorial on how to setup a few servo controlled cameras in stereo vision. So as an RC airplane enthusiast I dream of the idea of a stereo vision headset containing gyros, that would sense the wearers head movements and move the cameras accordingly. Data to be transmitted wirelessly so the cameras can be put in a large RC airplane providing a 3d 'pilots' view back to the pilot on the ground.
This has already been done a few times by different companies, youtube has some videos of them, but I can never find them when I need to.
So can this type of doo hicky be created using an Axon or II (what a pun! I deserve a cookie. Nom nom nom nom..)?
I came across these guys for brilliantly capable and affordable TFT screens, but have NO idea where to begin interfacing with one!

Thanks folks.
