How can we know where in the world someone sells something for the lowest price? Use internet to find prices that are common for certain part. All effort to get it cheaper (unless You know exactly where to get it) is waste of time and in UK is called penny pinching. In other words, You will spend loads of time looking for better price and at the end of the day You will have 2 pennies more in Your pocket.
I get most of parts from eBay - if that helps.

Agree with niR, Ebay is a great place to get an idea of what -could- be the lowest price.
Get the prices from there, then look for items cheaper elsewhere.
Keep an eye out for online stores having discounts etc etc
