Title: bug in EagleCAD 3D, the file ic.inc (I fixed it, get code here)

There're two bugs in ic.inc for EagleCAD 3D, both concerning the macro IC_SMD_MLF_GRND. The pins on the chip will fail to display correctly.

Attached is the corrected ic.inc. Just change the extension to .inc.
