( Ahem, I get to play with computerized CNC routers and lasers all day)
So in a nutshell, any parts needed, I can just design and cut.
"Maybe some day in the near future, I can actually contribute to someones project ( Ahem, I get to play with computerized CNC routers and lasers all day)"
woooooohhhhhhhhoooooooooooI'm a noob ~!~!~!~!The $50 robot is a great place to start!note: Your lucky goatfish they have already banned lasers in WA (well certain types of lasers...)
2 guys were arrested over here 4 shining a laser from one car into a police car!Like c'mon who would be dumb enough to do that...stupid(thats possibly one of the resons there banned now!)
Side note:When I was a kid, my dad purchased a surgical laser that he was going to turn into a CNC cutter. That never really worked out, but I ended up getting a freaking HUGE HeNe laser out of it. One night, my friend and I were being bad and shot the red beam all the way across the lake we lived on. By the time it got to the other side, the diameter of the beam was about 4 feet wide and just as bright.
Being the stupid kids that we were, we shot it into the back window of one of the houses on the other side, it must have scared the crap out of them because minutes later, all the lights turned on and the man and woman were running all over the house trying to figure out what they just saw. We could see the whole thing because the back of their house was all glass windows. That was the end of my laser shannanagans.
That was the end of my laser shannanagans.
