The easiest would be find the RC transmitter that has the ability to mix the signals from two input controls (the joy sticks). In airplanes this is used to mix the elevator and rudder controls to a Vee tailed airplane.Alternatively, there are servo mixers made that does this function after the receiver. It is inserted between the receiver and the two servos. Here are a few links so you have an idea of what they are:http://www.embedds.com/mixer-of-two-servo-signals-for-v-tailed-airplanes/http://www.robotmarketplace.com/products/rc_mixers.htmlI'm not up the the latest equipment available so hopefully someone here can suggest a particular make and model of RC equipment.
Another option if the radio doesn't have the mixing is to hold the transmitter at 45 degrees instead of straight, which is kind of a mental mixing of sort.
