Title: AVR programmer for cheap?

Im looking for the cheapest (non-difficult) method of programming an AVR. Im not interested in wiring my own circuit for this if its above say 4 components. I did find this:

scroll to where it says 'ISP adapter (controlled with COM port)'

anyone know how much that costs or where to get it from?
