Can i make my arduino ?

Hi to all SOR members i want ask that can i make my own Arduino uno board and sold them in market with arduino name ?
I have googled it and got information that i can but if i wana give the board my name like virduino or anything else then ?
Can i use their circuit diagram and pcb files directly ? ??? please help me.......

Have you looked at the Arduino site? http://arduino.cc/en/Main/FAQ

Join the forum there and ask this, there are lots of people who can give you good advice.

My guess is that there may be issues in calling it Arduino.  If it were me, I would probably look into Freeduino (http://www.freeduino.org/)
