sensor board

hello every body, i want to build an advanced line follower and for the sensor board i want to use the best sensor s position!
the number of sensors is not important but i think of minimum number of 15...
could anyone help me plz?
i'll put my idea here soon.

If you're looking to buy pre-made sensors, Pololu has some possibilities, and they have pretty good stuff. http://www.pololu.com/catalog/category/7
Scroll down about halfway and look for the QTR type sensors. Mix and match.

Sparkfun also has some, but check the comments on the product page before ordering.

Then just examine and study the Pololu & SparkFun sensors for ideas and how they do it and built them yourself.

One suggestion is to try salt on your broccoli...

You need to tell us more about what you're trying to do.

Suggestion 1. Learn to read schematics.
Suggestion 2. Learn to solder
Suggestion 3. Read some datasheets (QRD1114 is nice for line following, if you're too lazy to find the IR LED/phototransistor pair yourself)
Suggestion 4. Just build it - if it blows up, figure out what you did wrong and try again.

Noooo, I'd never have guessed...

Strangely, it seems that lack of experience often goes hand in hand with terms like "i want to build an advanced [whatever]", "i want to use the best [whatever]" etc.

If you drop the stargaze down to earth level and start pondering how to accomplish a basic 'bot like the "$50 Robot" found on this site, then you can grit your fangs on that and build up experience - nobody starts their venture into robotics with state of the art modules and those smart enough to realize that, actually have a chance of completing a 'bot.

Perhaps you should start with the "i'll put my idea here soon" part, or you'll risk more suggestions like "Wash your hands before eating".
Show some initiative and you'll get plenty of help.
