A lot of detail on this (and sending the boards out to be made). Uses Eagle which is a pretty good package. I used to make my own but now I just send them off.

i'm using eagle right now to try to do the $50 robot board. It kind of bad.

You can use WellPCB's circuit board to make your robot circuit board. They are holding a $ 5 promotion and it's a great deal!
