Silent audio jammer ?

Hi,
I search for audio jammer that won't make a noise that disrupt my conversation with someone else.
The purpose: Electrical devices like smartphones and computers in the same room can't record me properly.
Someone told me an electromagnet, but it doesn't mean to me too much.
