Title: Where can I hobbyists in the PIC Micro Controller field who seek employment?

Hi,
Could anyone tell me where is the best place to search / advertise for applicants to a Product developer role in the Bishops Stortford area (UK) requiring dedicated enthusiasts / hobbyists in the PIC Micro Controller field?
