120w e scooter motor powered robot


Hi I am building a 4 wheel drive tank steer robot with 120w e scooter motors but am stuck on a few design questions.
If I use 2 motors each driving 2 wheels what is the max wheel size I can use.
Also if I use 4 motors what size wheel can I use.
And has this been done before

I know the motors will be dropped from 3200rpm to around 320rpm using a timing belt and pulleys
