This exo-skeleton can be used by paraplegics (paralyzed from the waist down). You control it like a segway, leaning forward to go forward. The crutches are for balance. A wrist controller is used to select the desired gait.

WOW! This is incredible! It seems so simple an idea. Why didn't anyone think of this before. DAMMIT! I missed an obvious robot invention that I could have made in honor of my since past Parapegic Grandpa...
