s11 -3A-emf-hbridge

we are using S11-3A-EMF-HBRIDGE, i have given ground to 0,motor power to 12V,and output to motor,Vcc to 5v,dir to 0,pwm to 5v.and otherpins left unconnected.so motor got vibration only but its shaft not working.please help me out. i will highly obliged to you.site is: http://www.acroname.com/robotics/parts/S11-3A-EMF-HBRIDGE.html
