I'm having trouble finding a more general diy forum to ask this question, but it sort of fits in this section on mechanics. Basically I want to build my own articulating arm, using a couple of carbon fiber tubes, connected by elbow joints. I could try to find one to buy, but probably not to my exact specifications. I have already seen carbon fiber tubes I can buy, but I have no idea where to find just an elbow joint that can flex and rotate, like those on an articulating camera arm. Any suggestions on where to look or another forum that would be more appropriate?
