error when messaging

when I try to message I get "The last posting from your IP was less than 60 seconds ago. Please try again later. " I try again later. "The last posting from your IP was less than 60 seconds ago. Please try again later. " what does this mean?

It means you have to wait 60 seconds inbetween posts

Otherwise a spam bot could post thousands of messages within seconds :-X

And if it takes you less than 60 seconds to think about and compose a post, you probably didn't think about it long enough to post something useful :P
