Worm Gears & Motors

I'm looking for a worm gear arrangement (28-30 teeth) and a motor (12VDC, 10,000rpm, >26in-oz) to attach the worm to.
Where do I look?

sdp-si.com has worm gears, as does rapidgears.com and probably even mcmaster.com.
If you don't want to attach the motor yourself, you can also look for ready-made linear actuators. Most of them are made of a motor plus a worm gear, already packaged.
