Title: $50 dollar capacitor soldering question

I have a question.  I am soldering in the components to my $50 dollar board and when I get to the part of soldering the capacitor, the picture is not clear as to where I solder the capacitor.  It looks like on the picture that I solder the capacitor to the ground on one side, which makes sense, but it looks like the other leg of the cap is soldered to the two pins next to the ground but I think that the picture just has it soldered to the pin that is next to the leg.  Your help will be greatly appreciated thank you.

remember to look at the dot schematic and not just the pics! One leg of the capacitor should be soldered to ground and the other pin should be soldered to the input (left pin) of the voltage regulator.

it doesn't matter too much where the capacitor is as long as the negative leg is to gnd and the positive leg is to the unregulated power bus.

to get it exactly right, the negative leg of the capacitor should be at 11D on the board and the positive leg should be at 11E. but as i said, anywhere inline with the battery+ and gnd is fine.

Yeah I went by the dot schematic so I soldered it where I believed the dot said it was supposed to go.  Thanks
