PocketPC for robot control
« on: April 09, 2008, 07:02:34 PM »
Hey, has anyone used a pocketPC to control a robot?

I want to use one to control my robot because the 524mhz intel xscale in there has plenty of power, and it has a nice LCD to display stuff on so I can have a GUI.

I am thinking about interfacing over bluetooth, so I can do test runs without the PDA physically mounted to the robot

I have a e-book of interfacing a PDA with a microcontroller (through IR) you want it? Send me a PM.
Check out the uBotino robot controller!
