I am collecting a list of scientific robotics journals.

Anyone know of any? I specifically want:

* name of journal
* website link
* opinion of journal quality (i.e. useless, helpful for methodology, poor editing, good for mobile robotics, etc.)
Also, if anyone wants to post your own paper on my site, just send it over. I mostly am looking for survey type papers, that has a lot of methodology, and is well written so that non-specialists could understand. Unique (i.e. cool) robot designs are highly encouraged.
