Title: Asimo breaks a leg

Despite Asimo landing on its face, it keeps talking about how its precision sensors keeps it from falling.

Also amused at how fast they covered it . . . perhaps it happens often?

Boy, talk about “losing face”! This kind of incident can, in Japan, result in people losing their jobs or being demoted. Besides the screen being rushed in, you notice that they immediately turned off the “Honda” sign. You would think that the IMU would alert the bot that it had gone down, and re-directed its canned speech – maybe to “Help! I’ve fallen, and…”.
