guys i'm planing to use either of the foolowing batteries for my robot:

i'll be using it with the roboduino, so ill use the 3 pin connector.
can anyone tell me a charger that can be used to charge the battery with 3 pin connector(to use with roboduino)?? it should work between 100-240V(approx) and must be less than $10.
