Guitar Into Axon Oscilloscope

Would it be possible to measure the output of the pickups on a guitar using the axon oscilloscope? Would I just connect one of the two outputs to the input on the micro controller?

What frequency?
You'll only clearly be able to see analog signals at ~300Hz and less with the Axon.
The SoR Scope can barely even see servo PWM.
*note: I haven't fully tested how to improve sampling speed, so I could be off up to 2x probably.
