servo code different if servos modified?

HI everyone,
Cheers for the info!
I did have one little question. I acquired some servos that I was told are continuous and can turn the full 360.
Would the programming require any changes to account for this?
Cheers

Instead of 90 being the neutral position, it will make the servo stop moving, 180 will be full speed in one way, and 0 will be full speed in the opposite way.
