I'm need some help with AVR programming.

I've finally got into working with AVRs within the past week and abit, and now I need some help with figuring out what commands I can enter into the compiler (AVR Studio). So pretty much I'm looking for a list of some sort that denotes the syntax used with the compiler. Anyone know where I could find one?

With the compiler (avrgcc) or with AvrStudio (IDE) ?

I dont understand the question  :o

I've got a USBtinyISP programmer from adafruit.com, I've installed all of the "glue" software, but it still does not want to find it in AVR Studio. Can someone help me?
