What do you mean by you "aren't getting" its mAH battery rating?  You mean it is not providing the mAH that it should be, or do you mean you don't understand what mAH means, or do you mean it doesn't list its mAH?

i  know what is mAH but how to find a mAh rating of a standard 9v battery

I have never heard of a "nipo" battery and an Internet search shows that there is no such thing as a "standard nipo 9v battery."

If you meant a "lipo" battery most 9V LiPo batteries are about 500 mAh.
