I'm (noob) in the process of building a robotic arm. Something like this 7 servo arm on thingverse would be great.

I'm hoping to beef up the thingverse design of this arm a little bit - starting with the base. Here is what I have so far:
1. Access to heavy duty RC servos - 360 degree rotation - metal gears
2. I have a cnc mill - so making as many parts as possible would be great. (http://www.tormach.com/Product_PCNC_770_main.html (http://www.tormach.com/Product_PCNC_770_main.html))
3. I have easy access to aluminum (arm frame will be constructed from aluminum)
If anybody has links or helpful comments - please reply - I'm just getting started - except for the super armitron I had as a kid.
