Someone asked me the number of axis and actuators the $50 robot has. I'm not sure what this means... could someone explain?

The $50 robot has two actuators (the two servos), which are used to move the robot around. As to axis', the two servos operate along the pitch axis, while the entire robot rotates along the yaw axis.
