There is currently a race going on between robotics engineers and genetic engineers. Robotics engineers are trying to build machines from non-living parts capable of doing useful stuff. Genetic engineers are trying to build 'machines' from living parts capable of doing useful stuff. Im serious . . .

I dont really see how they do anything usefull, the first movie the "plant" looking robots is just blinking with there eyes and moving.
