There are yet to be any qualifying entries into the contest - meaning anyone who makes a video *with the Axon visibly used* will get free money.
Just a 2-3 hours of effort . . .

Umm, how is my entry not valid?
Edit: are you really going to argue that the Axon is not visible *in the video* even though i provided photo evidence it's there? It takes me 15 minutes to pull it apart to show the Axon, making for a boring video. would re-editing a video to include the same picture i posted at the end really make a difference?

I'd like people to immediately know that an Axon was used after solely watching the video . . .
I'm not sure how you sealed up your bot, but I'd assume its just a few screws to view the insides? I'm constantly moving wires around on my ERP, so I need easy access to mine . . .
Your video doesn't need to be boring, as you can talk about other stuff too. A 30 second clip can give a hardware overview of the entire system, spending say 5 seconds on the mcu.

It's two separate decks taken off one after each-other and a total of 8 screws, and juggling devices attached to each deck and the wires that run between them. I've already gone through one rather expensive coax antenna cable damaged during dis-assembly.
I'm rather proud that I built it well enough that i never have to go inside it. In fact, the only reason i took it apart in the last few months of developing was to get to the GPS to feel if it was hot while running for you. (admin) :-\ In the year of building SAGAR i've never had a hardware failure, and charging and programming is all assessable from outside it's body.
But, I see how it is. All the effort unappreciated. :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(
Go ahead and delete my entry post please. I don't want to get further embarrassed by it's inadequacies.
Well, joking aside, I guess it's more reason to finish my Webbotlib + project designer + Axon + WinAVR getting started video tutorial.

I'll probably enter my Robocup Soccer Robot or DroneCell with Axon or CMUcam robot if no one else will be entering. Speaking of which... multiple entries allowed?
Also, to the competition my videos won't be as great as a full video tutorial, so compete and make an awesome video tutorial!

I'm always modifying my ERP wiring because I'm always using it to experiment with new ideas, and for upgrading it. And also to replace the darn Hitec servos that break/fry within spec :-X
I seriously need to redesign ERP to make access even easier/professional when I get more time . . . that transparent access hatch I made is now insufficient. I'm thinking of making an access panel thats attached by velcro.

Yeap. Although I prefer quality over quantity :P
And actually, your DroneCell video that had the Axon would be a valid contest entry . . . although it'd be cooler if you used it in the video :P
And just a comment about those videos - get better lighting! Go out and buy a $20 desk lamp or two. Lighting is deceptively difficult . . .

Also, look at the plastic snap tabs they use to hold canopies on R/C planes. They make for really convenient and strong hatch access.

Yeah, they are a bit too pricey to make them permanent to any one single robot. Especially that 25W one. But hey, hindsight is 20/20 for us all.
