looking for professional waterproof DC motor

I'm looking for a place to buy a dozen IP68 waterproof motors/servos with 50+ lbft torque. 10+ feet submersible depth. Price doesn't matter that much, but reliability does. Must be DC or Stepper, around ~12V is ok but I'm flexible. Preferably a gear box + encoder system already on it.

Anyone know where to look? Google is being useless :-X

have you researched boat autopilot actuators?
also check out "trim tab" and "stabiliser" actuators. eg: http://store.minnkotamotors.com/products/418660/Standard_Stroke_Actuators
