Title: Onyx Fire II -- Dynamixel TTL protocol compatible switch board
Post by: jwatte on November 23, 2015, 01:06:36 PM
For the Mech Warfare competition, I built a control board for switching airsoft motors on/off. Because I use Dynamixel servos, I made it compatible with the Dynamixel protocol (version 1 TTL, as used by AX and MX-T servos) at up to 2 Mbps.

Here's a YouTube video of my robot (and Josh's) in a match from Boston earlier this year:

I made a few extras of these boards, and made them available for sale on Amazon.
Now, for Black Friday / Christmas, I'm making them $10 off on Amazon Prime!
