Hi guys, I just received all the materials for my $50 robot.  I'm going to modify the servos soon (just waiting on all the AVRStudio stuff to download).  Here's a link detailing the servo: http://www.servocity.com/html/hs-311_standard.html

As shown by the $50 robot tutorial from this site it's advised the easiest method for wheels is cardboard or other thin plastics.  I'm looking to engineer - mechanics wise - my robot better than average.  Could anyone direct me to a link selling wheels I may easily attach - actually, attach in general - to the servos?

Sorry, I meant to post this in the mechanics section, but realized after posting it's in the Misc section.  If someone could move this post I would appreciate it.  :)

Pololu sells some wheels designed to mount on Futaba servo output shafts:

http://www.pololu.com/catalog/category/46

The 25-tooth splines on Futaba output shafts are very close to standard Hitec servo output shaft splines (the ones with 24-teeth), so you can force these wheels onto standard Hitec servo output shafts without too much effort.

You can probably find a few here . . . some may require drilling two small holes to attach a servo horn though . . .
