Arduino Robot Hand

I have created a hand similar to his, however, I am currently on the stage of getting the string system to work with the servos. Do you guys know where exactly to anchor the strings on the fingers to get the hand to contract/open?

its funny that there is a time delay on your robo hand, i wonder whats causing this to happen?
