Title: Positioning of parallel manipulators

Hello guys!
I would like to know how to position a parallel manipulator using stereo vision camera's in MatLab. I am new to this and any kind of help is appreciated. It is assumed that the platform has three colored markers whose centroid is supposed to be found in order to find its position. Please help me!
