bluetooth without serial interface
« on: February 24, 2012, 07:53:48 PM »
So most of the tutorials on bluetooth i've seen for microcontrollers are basically like this: Microcontroler>serial interface>transparent bluetooth adapter>computer=Computer software thinks its connected via serial. Is there a way for microcontrollers to directly interface bluetooth? If I didn't explain very clearly, just tell me what you don't think I explained clearly.

It should be like this:

microcontroller => bluetooth (connected by UART/serial) => wireless => bluetooth dongle (connected by USB) => computer

I'm not sure if this answers what you asked :P
