Looking up parts is a very handy skill. I first looked at the cap from the tutorial, which is aluminum. I then typed in capacitor into the digikey search box. I clicked on aluminum under the 'capacitors' and I found one that was 16 volts and 20% tolerance at 220 uF, just like the one from the tutorial.
You can do the same thing just as easily!
