Title: Just ordered my first Arduino
Post by: Scheda on January 25, 2010, 07:57:01 PM
Woo! Just ordered my first Arduino last night, so I'm pretty psyched. It's also coming with an IR sensor and two LDRs.

I had a PICAXE 28X previously, but never got it to work with my PC, so I ended up chucking it when I moved and threw most of my stuff. As you can guess, I'm excited to get that LED blinking...

Anyway, onto my question.

After going through the documentation on the Arduino website and playing with it through that, are there any books on the topic you might suggest that would help me towards using it for robotics?

I'd appreciate it!

Thanks.

I'm not sure of any 'books' but there are a heck of a lot of online tutorials on the subject. Have you tried googling for some info?

I have, and I've found a LOT of information. That's why I was coming here for personal favorites :)
