Need help with 1000 lb capacity robotic arm

I need help in selecting motors for an arm design I have. The arm is comprised of three linkages. The first and third linkages are both 32" long and the center linage is 10" long. In the closed position, the arm is 54" tall. The base motor rotates clockwise. At the same time, motor 2 rotates 180 degrees extending the 10" linkage up. Motor 3 rotates to keep the third linkage straight up and down. The original concept was a pneumatic cylinder that raises up and leans over 3 feet. I think the arm is a better idea. Where can I find motors with the torque required to lift 1000lbs up 10" and move it to a work table three feet away?

why not just buy an industrial arm ( it might be cheaper)

I need the arm to fit under a 40" roller table. I cannot find any arm's that meet this criteria.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but one would want to gear down a motor in order to get such a high amount of torque (99% of the time)... Thus you need to look at motor-gear combinations, not just motors themselves.

making an arm that big is quite a challenge, you should look really carefully for an industrial arm.

if not, I hope you have experience with mechanical projects. Calculate the torque your motor+gearing will need, then the speed you want your arm to move with (less speed= more power).
with these you can select a motor and a gearing.

Where to buy these motors? ... I don't know, I make robots that are maximum 1 square foot.
