Title: DAQ
Post by: atherophage on May 17, 2009, 12:48:22 PM
The Axon source code for the data logger downloads as a single hex file. For a beginner, such as me, following the getting-started Axon instructions, which are great, this generates an OMG/wtf moment.

I'm thinking the $50.00 robot, or the photovore is more complex than DAQ and therefore skips (or can skip) a step or two. Or, is there something not quite right with the DAQ file?
So, ummm, help?

Goal is to record data from two, maybe three sensors (windspeed, rotation speed, maybe barometric pressure)

Thanks,

Ath

I'm not quite sure I understand your question (or what isn't working)?

What needs to be done, I gather, is to simply upload the daq hex file to the Axon and go from there. Reading the photovore instructions had me looking for a header file and all that, which, in this case simply does not apply.
Soooo, nothing is broken. It's just a mental road block.

Think twice, ask once: lesson learned.
